- 20 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with olive oil.
- Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin cups to form cups.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each wonton cup with the spinach artichoke mixture.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the filling is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Best served warm and can be garnished with extra chopped spinach or a sprinkle of Parmesan.
