Spinach Artichoke Dip Wonton Cups

A delightful twist on a classic appetizer combining creamy spinach and artichoke dip with crispy wonton wrappers.

Ingredients

  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray a muffin tin with olive oil.
  3. Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin cups to form cups.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fill each wonton cup with the spinach artichoke mixture.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the filling is hot and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Best served warm and can be garnished with extra chopped spinach or a sprinkle of Parmesan.
