Ingredients

- 2 ounces (60ml) Peppermint Syrup
- 1 ounce (30ml) Vanilla Syrup
- 1 ounce (30ml) White Chocolate Syrup
- 1 ounce (30ml) Heavy Cream or Half-and-Half
- Plenty of Ice
- 2–3 standard Crushed Candy Canes, for rimming
- Small Candy Canes or Peppermint Sticks, for garnish (optional)
- 1–2 drops Red Food Coloring (optional)
- Whipped Cream, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Unwrap 2-3 standard candy canes and crush them into a mix of fine powder and small shards for rimming.
- Dip shot glasses in simple syrup or water and then into the crushed candy canes.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine peppermint syrup, vanilla syrup, white chocolate syrup, and heavy cream.
- Shake vigorously with ice for 15-20 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into prepared shot glasses, filling each almost to the top.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with a mini candy cane. Serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra frosty treat, chill shot glasses before serving. Adjust sweetness with more or less syrup as desired.
