- 1 cup Powdered sugar

- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 cup Milk (whole or non-dairy options allowed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and maple syrup.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the melted butter and milk until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once cooled, mix the powdered sugar with a little milk to create a glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the bars before serving.
Notes
For extra maple flavor, add more maple syrup to the batter. You can sprinkle cinnamon or chocolate chips on top before baking.
