- 2 large eggs
- 1 box Devil’s food or German chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted or softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, butter, and vanilla until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, coconut, and pecans until evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and golden at the edges.
- Cool in the pan for at least 45–60 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
For best results, chill the bars after cooling to make cutting easier. You can also adjust the nut type or chocolate for personalization.
