- 1 pound of shrimp (peeled and deveined)

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Sprinkle the paprika over the garlic and stir well.
- Add the shrimp to the pan, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
- Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Avoid overcooking the shrimp to prevent toughness. Add chili flakes or lemon zest for extra flavor. For creaminess, add a splash of heavy cream.
