Ingredients

  • 8 slices Genoa salami
  • 8 slices Pepperoni
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 sheets puff pastry (1 package)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry.
  3. Layer the salami, pepperoni, provolone, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the pastry.
  4. Drizzle marinara sauce over the layers.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into pinwheels.
  7. Beat the egg and brush it over each pinwheel.
  8. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
