- 8 slices Genoa salami
- 8 slices Pepperoni
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 sheets puff pastry (1 package)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry.
- Layer the salami, pepperoni, provolone, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the pastry.
- Drizzle marinara sauce over the layers.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into pinwheels.
- Beat the egg and brush it over each pinwheel.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
