Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square pan.
- Spread the hash brown potatoes evenly over the pan.
- Cook the sausage in a pan until browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
- Layer the cooked sausage over the hash browns.
- In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, and seasonings; pour this mixture over the sausage and hash browns.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the eggs are set and the hash browns are golden.
- For a crispy top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning.
