- 1 cup mixed fresh berries
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda
- 1 Lime, sliced
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 3 cups sparkling water or club soda
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit and mint by rinsing the mixed berries and patting them dry. Slice the lemon and lime into thin rounds and rinse the mint leaves.
- Combine the berries, lemon slices, lime slices, and mint in a large pitcher. Gently press the berries and bruise the mint leaves to release their oils.
- Mix in the cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, and honey or agave syrup, stirring well until fully combined.
- Add the lemon-lime soda and sparkling water slowly, stirring gently to maintain the fizz.
- Serve in glasses over ice, garnished with extra berries and a mint sprig.
