- 1 cup mini pepperoni
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cans (16 oz total) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- Melt butter in a skillet and cook minced garlic until fragrant.
- Toss biscuit dough with garlic butter, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, pepperoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan until evenly coated.
- Layer the coated dough pieces in the bundt pan loosely.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
You can adjust the heat level by modifying the amount of red pepper flakes and use different cheeses or add vegetables as desired.
