- 1 ripe Pear
- 1 tsp fresh Thyme leaves
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup toasted Walnuts
- 1 fresh Baguette
- 200 g Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup Cranberry sauce or compote
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
- Brush each slice with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the crostini are toasting, slice the pear and Brie cheese.
- Once the crostini are done, spread a layer of cranberry sauce on each slice.
- Top with a slice of Brie, a few pieces of pear, and sprinkle with toasted walnuts.
- Drizzle thyme-infused honey over each crostini.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve warm for best flavor. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to two days; reheat in the oven to regain crispness.
