Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, dried herbs, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add them to the dry ingredients.
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Ensure eggs are at room temperature for better texture. Experiment with different herbs or add garlic powder for extra flavor.
