Parmesan Herb Keto Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Oregano, Dried
  • 1 tsp Thyme, Dried
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, dried herbs, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add them to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Ensure eggs are at room temperature for better texture. Experiment with different herbs or add garlic powder for extra flavor.
