- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully peel off the leaves.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll them up.
- Place the cabbage rolls seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Let the rolls cool to room temperature before storing. Use airtight containers for best preservation.
