- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Cooking spray or butter
- 1 cup Milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic powder and diced onion until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Worcestershire sauce, flour, black pepper, salt, and milk until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked beef mixture and cheddar cheese.
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray or butter, then pour the mixture into the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Pairs well with fresh salad or steamed vegetables. You can add burger toppings like ketchup or mustard for extra flavor.
