- 4 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 cups Spinach, fresh
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 8 oz Boursin cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese, sautéed spinach, and grated Parmesan.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cheese mixture on top of each breast.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the cheese layer for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Serve warm, paired with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for even cooking. Use fresh spinach for best texture.
