A rich, creamy chicken dish with mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes, reminiscent of a steakhouse meal.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  6. Reduce heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  7. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and let it melt.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry before browning for better color. Use low heat when adding cream to avoid splitting.
