Melted Mozzarella & Ranch Chicken Bombs

Quick, cheesy chicken balls with melted mozzarella inside, perfect as a snack or main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh or dried
  • 1 Egg, large
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 Olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, parsley, egg, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until well combined.
  3. Take a portion of the mixture and flatten it in your palm, place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center, and fold the chicken around it to form a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese.
  4. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray lightly with olive oil or cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use cold mozzarella cubes to keep the cheese inside while shaping. Wet your hands to prevent sticking.
