- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh or dried
- 1 Egg, large
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 Olive oil or cooking spray
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, parsley, egg, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until well combined.
- Take a portion of the mixture and flatten it in your palm, place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center, and fold the chicken around it to form a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray lightly with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Use cold mozzarella cubes to keep the cheese inside while shaping. Wet your hands to prevent sticking.
