Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pancake batter, eggs, and maple syrup until well combined.
- Add the cooked sausage to the batter mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
