- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 Pork chops, bone-in
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 3 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup All purpose flour
- 3/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cup Milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, sear the pork chops until browned on both sides.
- In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, flour, black pepper, and salt.
- Add butter and melt in the skillet. Stir in the cream and milk, then add the mixture from the bowl.
- Pour sauce over the pork chops in the skillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Notes
Pat pork chops dry before searing for a good brown crust. Use a meat thermometer; they are done at 145°F (63°C). Warm the milk slightly before adding to the pan to keep the sauce smooth.
