Low-Carb Mongolian Ground Beef and Cabbage Delights

A quick and flavorful dish that satisfies cravings on a low-carb diet, packed with ground beef and cabbage.

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger, ground
  • 3 cups Green cabbage
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1/2 Onion, small
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the green cabbage and cook until softened.
  5. Add soy sauce, red pepper flakes, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
