- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger, ground
- 3 cups Green cabbage
- 2 Green onions
- 1/2 Onion, small
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil.
- Add garlic, ginger, and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the green cabbage and cook until softened.
- Add soy sauce, red pepper flakes, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
