Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
- Add the egg, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt to the mixture, and mix until combined.
- Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Spread the dough into a flat rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing. Use for wraps, pizzas, or dipping.
Notes
Adjust the garlic powder to your taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for a month.
