Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
  3. Add the egg, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt to the mixture, and mix until combined.
  4. Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the dough into a flat rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before slicing. Use for wraps, pizzas, or dipping.

Notes

Adjust the garlic powder to your taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for a month.
