Delicious Lemon Cake

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, along with lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before frosting or dusting with powdered sugar.
