- 1 pound of beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 8 ounces of provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 package of keto-friendly wraps or cheese wraps
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture onto a wrap or cheese wrap, top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Roll the wrap tightly, securing the filling inside.
- Optionally, grill the rolls until the cheese is melted and the outside is golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with a side of sugar-free dipping sauce or ranch dressing. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
