Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls

A delicious low-carb take on the classic Philly cheesesteak, wrapped in a keto-friendly format.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 ounces of provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 package of keto-friendly wraps or cheese wraps
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
  3. Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned.
  4. Place a portion of the beef mixture onto a wrap or cheese wrap, top with shredded provolone cheese.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly, securing the filling inside.
  6. Optionally, grill the rolls until the cheese is melted and the outside is golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with a side of sugar-free dipping sauce or ranch dressing. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
