- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (like provolone or mozzarella)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers and sauté until softened.
- In another skillet, cook the beef until browned; season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded cheese until well combined.
- Lay a lettuce leaf flat, spread the cheese mixture, and add the cooked beef and sautéed veggies on top.
- Roll up tightly and serve!
Notes
These roll-ups are best served warm and can be garnished with extra shredded cheese or fresh herbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
