- 1 pound ground lamb or beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the meatballs in batches until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with Tzatziki sauce, fresh Greek salad, or cauliflower rice for a complete meal. Can also be enjoyed in lettuce wraps.
