Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb or beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and cumin.
  2. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the meatballs in batches until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve with Tzatziki sauce, fresh Greek salad, or cauliflower rice for a complete meal. Can also be enjoyed in lettuce wraps.
