- 1 cup Sauerkraut
- 1 tbsp Horseradish sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch Paprika
- 2 tsp Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute
- 2 cups Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the horseradish sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika to make a sauce.
- Lay out slices of Swiss cheese on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Divide the corned beef and sauerkraut evenly among the cheese slices and drizzle the sauce over them.
- Roll up the cheese around the filling and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is crispy and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality corned beef for the best flavor. Add chopped pickles for more crunch. Keep an eye on the cheese while baking to avoid burning.
