Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Corned beef deli meat
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut
  • 1 tbsp Horseradish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch Paprika
  • 2 tsp Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the horseradish sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika to make a sauce.
  3. Lay out slices of Swiss cheese on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Divide the corned beef and sauerkraut evenly among the cheese slices and drizzle the sauce over them.
  5. Roll up the cheese around the filling and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is crispy and golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality corned beef for the best flavor. Add chopped pickles for more crunch. Keep an eye on the cheese while baking to avoid burning.
