Ingredients

- 2 Ribeye steaks
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs Rosemary or thyme, fresh
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Paprika, smoked
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and Dijon mustard.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the steaks and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, and fresh herbs. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Serve the steaks topped with the creamy garlic sauce.
Notes
Best served hot with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 3 days.
