- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Sliced jalapenos, fresh or pickled
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 large Egg
- Dipping sauces (ranch, hot sauce, or sour cream)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder until combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheet.
- Cut the pastry into strips and twist each strip before placing it on a baking sheet.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the twists for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
