- 6 slices Bacon, small cooked and chopped
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Jalapeno, diced
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 4 oz Pimentos, chopped
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
- 1 Pretzel stick (for serving)
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, sharp grated
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add in the diced jalapeno, cooked bacon, pimentos, and pecans. Stir until evenly combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bites are golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with pretzel sticks for dipping.
Notes
Cool completely before storing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes or until warm.
