Ingredients

- 12 slices Salami
- 1/3 cup Fresh Basil leaves
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Green olives
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing or herb marinade
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 9 oz Cheese tortellini, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup Mozzarella
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cooked tortellini with the Italian dressing or herb marinade and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare skewers by threading a slice of salami, a basil leaf, a cherry tomato, a green olive, a marinated tortellini, a Kalamata olive, and a mozzarella ball onto each skewer.
- Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, remove the salami and add more vegetables.
