- 3 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 1 cup Bell peppers, fresh
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz Spaghetti
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, sharp
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chicken breasts over medium heat until no longer pink; remove from heat and shred.
- In the same skillet, add bell peppers, green onions, and garlic powder; sauté until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, cooked spaghetti, cayenne pepper, paprika, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in your favorite spices before cooking. Use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken to save time on preparation.
