- 1 (15 oz) can Pumpkin puree
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 (15.25 oz) box Yellow cake mix
- 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Pecans or walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin layer.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top of the cake mix.
- Add the chopped pecans or walnuts on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Serve warm or at room temperature, topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
