Irresistible Caramel Ritz Cracker Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 24 Ritz crackers
  • Festive sprinkles (Red, white, and green)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place Ritz crackers on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle caramel sauce over each cracker.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt white chocolate chips with vegetable oil over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  5. Spoon the melted white chocolate over the caramel-covered crackers.
  6. Add festive sprinkles on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. They can also be frozen with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
