- 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
- 1 cup White chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 24 Ritz crackers
- Festive sprinkles (Red, white, and green)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place Ritz crackers on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over each cracker.
- In a small saucepan, melt white chocolate chips with vegetable oil over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon the melted white chocolate over the caramel-covered crackers.
- Add festive sprinkles on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. They can also be frozen with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
