- 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 cup melted chocolate

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crushed gingerbread cookies with cream cheese and the spices until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, dip each truffle in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.

- Let them set until the chocolate hardens.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve or gift.
Notes
For a more intense flavor, add extra spices. Ensure cream cheese is softened for smoother consistency. Use white chocolate for a different twist.
