Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/74°C).
  4. Remove chicken and set aside; keep the fat and browned bits in the pan.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant and lightly golden.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese gradually until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the breasts; cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Notes

Use pantry staples and fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust the sauce by adding more cheese or thinning with milk if necessary.
