- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh herbs (like thyme or parsley), for garnish
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the butter.
- Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté briefly.
- Add the pork chops to the pan and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- If desired, add fresh herbs during the last minute of cooking for added flavor.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
Notes
For even cooking, choose pork chops of the same thickness. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness at 145°F (63°C). Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before cutting into them.
