Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the puff pastry package instructions.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Spread a layer of fig spread evenly over the pastry.
  4. Crumble or spread creamy goat cheese over the fig spread.
  5. Roll the puff pastry tightly into a log shape.
  6. Slice the log into pinwheels about 1 inch thick.
  7. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
