Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, dried cranberries, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top if using.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, slice the roll into pinwheels and serve. Decorate with fresh cranberries if desired.
Notes
