- 1 lb Salmon, fresh skinless and diced fillet
- 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet Nori, cut into small strips
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 1/2 cups Water
- tobiko (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine diced salmon, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, green onions, sesame oil, salt, and sugar.
- Spread the sushi rice evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer the salmon mixture on top of the rice.
- Cut the nori sheet into small strips and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with tobiko if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use high-quality fresh salmon for the best taste. Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your spice preference.
