- 2 cups Rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup, condensed
- 2 cups Egg noodles, cooked
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, cream of chicken soup, cooked egg noodles, black pepper, breadcrumbs, butter, cheddar cheese, milk, and sour cream.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add extra sour cream or use cream instead of part of the milk. Customize with different cheeses or add fresh vegetables for added nutrition.
