Easy Rotisserie Chicken Casserole

A fantastic and simple dish combining tender rotisserie chicken with creamy goodness, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup, condensed
  • 2 cups Egg noodles, cooked
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, cream of chicken soup, cooked egg noodles, black pepper, breadcrumbs, butter, cheddar cheese, milk, and sour cream.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add extra sour cream or use cream instead of part of the milk. Customize with different cheeses or add fresh vegetables for added nutrition.
