Easy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

Fun and delicious mini pizza pockets that are perfect for snacks and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mini Pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 can refrigerated Biscuit dough
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pepperoni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the pepperoni mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching to seal.
  6. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Melt butter and brush it over the tops of the pizza bombs.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Seal the pizza bombs well to prevent leakage.
