- 1 1/2 cups mini Pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 can refrigerated Biscuit dough
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the pepperoni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and mozzarella cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the pepperoni mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching to seal.
- Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Melt butter and brush it over the tops of the pizza bombs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Seal the pizza bombs well to prevent leakage.
