- 1 tsp Coconut oil or shortening
- 2 drops Gel food coloring, green
- 1 cup Green, white, and orange sprinkles
- 12 oz Candy melts or white chocolate melting wafers, green
- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Baileys Irish cream liqueur
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs remain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and Baileys Irish cream until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the green candy melts or white chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Sprinkle the colorful sprinkles on top before the chocolate hardens.
- Let the truffles set on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for easier mixing and experiment with different toppings for variation.
