Easy Cowboy Casserole

A hearty and satisfying casserole combining ground beef, creamy soup, and crispy tater tots, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 bag Tater tots, frozen
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the corn, garlic powder, onion powder, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. In a greased baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
  5. Top with frozen tater tots and sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to add vegetables or use different types of cheese for variation.
