Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it gently bubbles.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  7. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing it in the garlic butter until well coated.
  8. Serve topped with sliced chicken and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Notes

For serving, top with extra parsley or a wedge of lemon for brightness. Pair with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
