Instructions
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it gently bubbles.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
- Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing it in the garlic butter until well coated.
- Serve topped with sliced chicken and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
Notes
For serving, top with extra parsley or a wedge of lemon for brightness. Pair with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
