- 8 oz Bacon, cooked and diced thick-cut
- 2 cups Chicken, cooked
- 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Burrito-size tortillas
- 1 cup Cheddar jack cheese
- 1 8-ounce package Cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced bacon, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and cheddar jack cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into pinwheels.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
Notes
Chill the rolled tortillas for 10–15 minutes before slicing for neater pieces. You can swap cheddar jack for pepper jack for more spice.
