Easy Caprese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh Basil
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Basil pesto
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Crusty bread for serving
  • 8 ounces Low moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, and fresh basil.
  2. Mix in the basil pesto, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cheeses (mozzarella, Parmesan, and provolone) with sour cream.
  4. Layer the tomato mixture in a serving dish and top with the cheese mixture.
  5. Serve warm with crusty bread.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust garlic and basil to suit your taste. Add red pepper flakes for extra kick.
