Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, and fresh basil.
- Mix in the basil pesto, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cheeses (mozzarella, Parmesan, and provolone) with sour cream.
- Layer the tomato mixture in a serving dish and top with the cheese mixture.
- Serve warm with crusty bread.
