- 1 Egg
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Everything bagel seasoning
- 1 3/4 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt and egg until well mixed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead briefly until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4–6 portions, shape into bagels, and create a hole in the center.
- Place the bagels on the baking sheet, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, and press gently.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These bagels freeze well; wrap individually to store. Best served warm with various toppings.
