- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 bag Spinach, frozen
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 pinch Red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 sheet Puff pastry, thawed
- 1 block Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, spinach, egg, mayo, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
- Top with a small amount of cream cheese and grated Parmesan.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
- Place the filled pastries on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve these pastries warm as finger food. Great with dipping sauces.
