Easiest Party Appetizer Ever

Simple and delicious puff pastry bites filled with spinach and cheese, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 bag Spinach, frozen
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 pinch Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 block Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, spinach, egg, mayo, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Top with a small amount of cream cheese and grated Parmesan.
  6. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Place the filled pastries on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve these pastries warm as finger food. Great with dipping sauces.
