Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop the onions and bell peppers, and cook the ham until lightly browned.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, and cooked ham. Gently fold in the chopped vegetables and cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a 10-inch round baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
