- 3/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 (8 oz) pack cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, feta cheese, and sweetened dried cranberries. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions over the cheese mixture.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once firm, unwrap and slice into pinwheels.
- Serve on a platter and enjoy!
