Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and dried herbs.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Pour in the buttermilk and melted butter, mixing until just combined.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
